Pathway2wellness specialises in coaching people to improve their mental health and well-being.

Individuals – We offer a range of different services to support people both physically and mentally.

Organisations – As well as delivering accredited 2 day Mental Health First Aid courses, we offer bespoke courses and workshops to fit your budget and time constraints to support your employees well-being. These include Stress Management, Mindfulness, Confidence Building and Steps to Well-being.

Evidence shows, employees feel more loyal, motivated and committed if their feel their well-being is supported by their employer.

Jan Smith

I have been working in mental health for 8 years, which has allowed me to gain experience and knowlegde about what impacts on our mental health and well-being and how this can be improved. 

I have been running well-being courses for 5 years, including confidence building, stress management, relaxation and mindfulness, positivity and self compassion.  I am passionate about supporting others to learn the skills to improve their own well being.

I am a qualified Reiki practitioner and have been practicing meditation and mindfulness for over 5 years.

I am committed to my own personal development and I wish to help others with theirs

Sarah Wilson

I have been working for leading mental health charity for 5 years, supporting people to make changes to improve their well-being. I am a qualified Mental Health First Aid instructor.

Naomi Coupland

Working in a rehabilitation setting I have helped clients improve their physical health but what I am most passionate about is helping people improve their mental wellbeing through creating positive experiences through our retreats and through yoga.  Having taught and practiced yoga for the past 6 years I have found this to be hugely beneficial to my spiritual and physical self.

Imogen Smith

I am a qualified Reiki practitioner who has been practicing mindfulness and mediation for over 5 years. I am committed to growing in all aspects of life thus enabling me to fulfill positive health and well-being. Learning these systems has empowered me coach and support others to achieve the same for themselves.
